Today our average life circle is increasing due to proper health check up and latest technologies used in Medical Centre. But one basic problem which most of the people are facing all over the world is weight gain or extra weight. By gaining extra weight, you simply invite lot of health related trouble. Our weight depends on our habit of food intake. BMI between 23 to 25 – It is not overweight, but one can try to loose some weight from here.

BMI above 26 – It is simply overweight and persons from this BMI are not in a good health condition. They should immediately take necessary steps to lose some weight otherwise they will be facing some serious health related problem in near future.
